Cookie policy

With your permission, SusInnoS uses first-party audience analytics to understand and improve use of the site. No advertising trackers are used.

1. Principle and consent

Trackers required for the site to work are active without consent. Audience analytics is off by default and starts only after a positive choice. Rejecting analytics is as easy as accepting it.

Refusal does not restrict the site. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

2. Necessary trackers

susinnos-language
Keeps your language choice for 12 months. It is not used for audience tracking.
susinnos-consent-v1
Keeps your acceptance or refusal for 6 months so you are not asked on every visit.
Technical security
The host may use temporary identifiers strictly required for security, request delivery and private administration access.

3. Audience analytics requiring permission

susinnos-analytics-id
A random pseudonymous identifier used to distinguish visitors. It is created only after acceptance, kept for no more than 13 months and is not automatically extended on each visit.
Session storage
A random identifier deleted when the browser session ends. It groups pages from the same visit.

After acceptance, the site measures only:

  • viewed pages and sections;
  • time spent on sections and approximate visit duration;
  • scroll depth and links or buttons used;
  • language, screen category and referring domain.

Form content, raw IP addresses, URL parameters, browsing history on other sites and sensitive data are not recorded by this tool.

4. Purpose, recipients and retention

The information is used only to measure traffic, identify useful content, understand journeys and improve usability. The legal basis is your consent.

Aggregated results are available only in SusInnoS private administration. Data remains in the site infrastructure and raw events are deleted after no more than 13 months. No individual profile is displayed and no data is sold or used for advertising.

5. Change your choice

Use the button below or the Cookie settings link in the footer. When consent is withdrawn, the audience identifier stored in your browser is deleted and no new analytics are sent.
